The fruiting body is cup-shaped then disk-shaped, with a buff olive-yellow internal surface, the external being of similar colours, with an olive-yellow to buff stem, not clearly marked from the fertile head, long.

The fertile surface is smooth.

It grows on wood, on maple or lime tree petioles, on maple, lime.
