question 4: Raised scales on stem
In this section, we must indicate whether the stem has a rough surface, because being covered or not with raised scales. One just has to run the finger on the stem to make sure of this character. Caution: do not mistake this with the presence of dots on the stem (this is part of another section). When in doubt, choose "I don't know".
