question 15: Colour of flesh once exposed to air


In this section, we have to indicate the colour of the flesh after a more or less prolonged exposure to air, by choosing it among the proposed choice of colours. In case of a colour change, it is the new colour that must be indicated here. The speed and intensity of that colour change will be the object of the next section.

Examples:
           
The colour of the flesh is yellow and unchanging, select then here "yellow, orange to brown" dans ce cas.     The flesh became blue when exposed to air, select then here "green to blue".     The colour of the flesh has turned grey, select then here "dark, grey to black".     The colour of the flesh is white and unchanging, select then here "white or pale" dans ce cas.
   
   
           
The colour of the flesh has turned dark blue, select then here "green to blue".     dubious case : The colour of the flesh has turned blue, but only above the tubes, still, select then here "green to blue".     The colour of the flesh is white and unchanging, select then here "white or pale" dans ce cas.     The colour of the flesh has turned light blue, select then here "green to blue".
