question 15: Colour of flesh once exposed to air
In this section, we have to indicate the colour of the flesh after a more or less prolonged exposure to air, by choosing it among the proposed choice of colours.
In case of a colour change, it is the new colour that must be indicated here. The speed and intensity of that colour change will be the object of the next section.
