section 7: Colour of stem

In this section, we must select the dominating colour of the stem among the choices proposed. When in doubt choose "I don't know", however it is strongly recommended to select a colour, as much as possible.

Note : In the case of brittlegills or milkcaps (Russula or Lactarius species) - mushrooms whose flesh break like a chalk stick - , all stems are more or less whitish. Indicate in this particular case the shades of other colours appearing on stem. This will help the engine separate them.

Examples:

The colour of the stem is violet, select then in this case "pink, red, purple wine, blue to violet"		The colour of the stem is orange here, select then in this case "yellow, orange, ochre or brown"		The colour of the stem is pinkish-red here, select then in this case "pink, red, wine purple, blue to violet"		The colour of the stem is brown or orange, select then "yellow, orange, ochre or brown"
