section 6: bulbous or obese stem

In this section, we must indicate the shape of the stem, and more precisely whether it is short and very thick (obese) compared to its insertion in the cap or bulbous, or if it is more or less equal or just swollen towards base, in which case, it is not considered as bulbous/obese. Note that the stem may be obese in the youth, to become later cylindrical. In this case, select "yes" for bulbous/obese. When in doubt choose "I don't know"

Examples:

The stem is here clearly short and very thick, select then for this case "yes"     The stem is here cylindrical, select then for this case "no"     Both stems are here clearly obese, select then for this case "yes"     The stem is here cylindrical, if not tapering towards the base, select then for this case "no"
