question 18: Colour of the flesh


In this section, we must indicate the colour of the flesh, as it appears when the flesh of the mushroom is exposed to air. To do so, cut the mushroom vertically into two equal parts.
Note the potential of colour that may occur as soon as the flesh is exposed to air, this information being used in section "Flesh changing colour when cut and exposed to air".
In the case of a colour change when the flesh is exposed to air, the initial colour should be stated here, but both colours (initial and final) should be both recognised by the system.
